Location of Holes to Match Drill Shaft to Horn. Project Holes in Shaft up through Horn.
Drill & Taper
Drill Test Piece.
Taper Ream Holes.
Check Fit Tapered Pins.
Drill and Taper Ream Horn, Attach to Shaft.
Locate Horizontal Plane to Stabilizer
Locate Point ‘B’. Center of Horn, measure rotation
Final Test
Rotary Encoder shows 81-degree rotation. Horn installed at correct location.
